The appellant was not an aided person for the purposes of the appeals; the respondent's claimed 2B costs and disbursements were appropriate in quantum and steps, and after allowing the concession for 2A costs on the costs appeal the court ordered the appellant to pay the respondent the net sum of $8,693.38 in costs on the appeals.
