Given majority creditor support for the family-funded proposal, absence of misconduct, Official Assignee's practical non-opposition, and that continued bankruptcy offered no public or creditor benefit, the court granted conditional early discharge to Petah Dransfield and Benjamin Everett and approved Jacqueline Everett's proposal, subject to receipt of trustee Horton's report confirming drawdown and distributions carried out in accordance with the agreed single-claim treatment of creditors.
