Section 39(1)(a) of the Property (Relationships) Act 1976 includes jurisdiction to appeal interlocutory Family Court decisions, but Judge Twaddle did not make an appealable decision refusing discovery because no formal r 141 application with supporting affidavit was made; his comments were a preliminary view and the appeal is therefore dismissed.
