Where an art 33 request to correct a tribunal's award is outstanding the arbitral interim award is not finally determined; therefore the 10 working day period for serving a sale notice under the court's order does not commence until the arbitral tribunal has disposed of the art 33 request and FMV has been finally determined; sale notices issued prior to that point are invalid.
