The signed credit application contained a clear declaration that the signer had read and agreed to Summit's terms and conditions; that incorporation bound Iceland Drilling to the terms including clause 10.3; clause 10.3 unambiguously limited Summit's liability to the purchase price of the goods or services in question and so limited any liability to the price charged.
