Given pending substantive challenges to the will, the complexity of the estate, material evidence of serious family hostility and the need for independence and professional experience to preserve and manage assets, the court must appoint an independent, experienced temporary administrator; the plaintiff was rejected due to likely inability to act with the requisite impartiality and independence; Deloitte partner David Stuart Vance was the suitably qualified appointee and was therefore appointed under s7.
