The court has jurisdiction to order a prospective annulment under s309(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 2006 despite the bankrupt's death where all known creditors have been paid and Official Assignee costs met; accordingly the Official Assignee's remuneration and specified reimbursements are approved, authority is given to retain funds for anticipated expenses, and directions are made for transfer of client files and estate assets with a conditional release under s408 once the wash‑up is complete.
