The court ordered that the bankrupt pay $50 per week to the Official Assignee from the first May 2018 pay date until discharge (14 October 2019), and that arrears of $1,900 be repaid by an additional $25 per week so that arrears are cleared by the discharge date; the employer was ordered under s 106 to pay those sums as a first charge on wages; no lump sum payment of arrears or costs was ordered given the bankrupt's modest means.
