On the evidence from the Registrar's examination the plaintiff was entitled to an attachment order but the plaintiff's proposed protected earnings and deduction quantum were unrealistic; the Court set protected earnings at $841.20 net per week and authorised deductions of $50 per week based on the debtor's net income, disclosed commitments, residence with parents reducing accommodation costs, and lack of detailed contrary expense evidence.
