Section 55(5)(a)(i) of the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988 expressly preserves the validity of testamentary dispositions executed by a manager despite non‑compliance with s 11 of the Wills Act 2007; the will complied with the attestation formalities required by s 55(4) and therefore probate must be granted.
