The application for interim relief was dismissed: although there are serious questions for trial, the balance of convenience and overall interests of justice do not justify mandatory or the prohibitory interlocutory relief sought; the status quo of Zelande holding the hives as an involuntary bailee pending trial or payment into court is appropriate, and no special circumstances existed to displace that position.
