The Court found, on proof beyond reasonable doubt, that certain transactions (notably transactions 31, 32 and 34) were deliberate breaches of the Family Court restraining order and therefore contempts; however, having regard to context (no loss to the applicant, funds included in subsequent settlement, some transactions pre‑booked) the Court imposed a formal warning rather than committal or fine and ordered costs to lie where they fall (subject to submissions).
