Respondent Janet was shown by medical certification to be mentally incapable and had been validly removed and replaced as trustee under the trust deed; no other beneficiaries opposed; accordingly the Court exercised its power under s 52 Trustee Act 1956 to vest the specified titles in Keith Dransfield and BRL Trustees 2018 Limited.
