The appeal is allowed: the appellant is entitled in principle to funding for that degree and kind of right eye presbyopic treatment which is caused by binocular rivalry arising from the covered left eye injury, but ACC must exclude treatment that would have been required by natural presbyopia and fund only the treatment attributable to the injury consequence.
