Although the Judge's mathematical approach to applying uplifts and discounts under Moses may have been imperfect and may have involved partial double-counting, the resulting three-year sentence was within the available range for the offending and not manifestly excessive; accordingly the appeal is dismissed and the sentence is upheld.
