The Court granted the without-notice interim appointment of Anthony Michael Woodworth limited to transferring contingency funds to the ground rental account and paying the overdue ground rent because the Body Corporate was demonstrably dysfunctional, the rent was payable and overdue, delay would cause prejudice and the intervention was narrowly tailored to remedy the default pending the substantive hearing.
