The Court held the correct statutory calculation under s42 mandated pro rata application of $65,000 for the 17 weeks in the 1991/92 year and $10,000 for the remaining 35 weeks of the 52-week pre-incapacity period, producing weekly earnings of $600.96; the respondent had the power under s67A to revise prior primary decisions but both the respondent's September 1993 administrative revision and its August 1995 revision were wrong in law and fact; the 18 August 1995 decision is revoked and the respondent must calculate weekly compensation based on $600.96 per week.
