Withholding broad discovery was justified because most categories sought were relevant only to quantum, not liability; however documents concerning market access fee offsets (Category 9) were directly relevant to the plaintiff's allegation of post-11 December 2013 breaches and must be disclosed within 21 days. Categories 7 and 12 were too vague and refused. Leave to file the fourth amended statement of defence is granted subject to a timetable for the plaintiff to respond.
