Section 73 permits the Corporation to suspend or cancel payments when it is not satisfied on the information in its possession that a person remains entitled; that assessment necessarily requires consideration of incapacity under ss 37 and 37A, ss 37 and 37A invoke s 73, an occupational medical assessment is not mandatory in all cases, and the District Court did not err in determining incapacity under s 37A when reviewing a s 73 decision.
