To preserve the status quo and enable a valid annual general meeting to be convened in accordance with the League's rules, the Court granted interim orders requiring the defendant to resign effective 31 May 2013, deliver up League material forthwith, refrain from contacting banks or acting on behalf of the League, and permitted an extension to hold the AGM by the end of August 2013; the Court declined to freeze admission of new members but warned that improper 'stacking' would be detrimental in subsequent proceedings.
