The Court has no jurisdiction to grant leave to appeal against a High Court refusal to extend time to file a notice of appeal under s144 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957 because there was no case stated under s107 and no 'determination' on a general appeal; precedent in Taufoou establishes such interlocutory extension refusals are not appealable to this Court.
