Proudfoot v Accident Compensation Corporation

- Court
- District Court
The appellant failed to prove a current physical injury attributable to carpal tunnel entrapment or that any such condition was materially caused by her employment; therefore cover cannot be granted on those bases. However, because there is unresolved evidence suggesting tennis epicondylitis may explain symptoms, the review decision is quashed and the matter is remitted to the Corporation to investigate that condition and make a new decision.
