On the balance of probabilities the schizoaffective disorder was not caused by the covered sexual abuse though the abuse likely precipitated its first presentation; PTSD was caused by the covered abuse and, given its chronic/episodic disabling manifestations, meets the statutory definition of incapacity from December 1987, entitling the appellant to weekly compensation and associated relief.
