The Court held the complainant's identification was circumstantial deductive reasoning (elimination), not visual or voice identification within the Evidence Act; even if treated as identification there were good reasons not to conduct a formal procedure and any such evidence was an insignificant strand amid strong admissible evidence; trial counsel's decisions were within the range of reasonable tactical judgment and did not cause a miscarriage of justice, therefore the appeal was dismissed.
