Partners' 17 November 2015 financing statement classified the Caterpillar D8T as 'goods - other' and failed to populate the motor vehicle searchable field (chassis/VIN) so its registration was objectively 'seriously misleading' under ss149-151 PPSA; therefore Partners' interest was unperfected, ASB's 6 December 2017 registration perfected its interest, and ASB has priority under s66(a); summary judgment entered for ASB.
