The High Court lacks jurisdiction to determine the substantive issues of classification and division of the proceeds of the former family home because those matters fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Family Court under the Property (Relationships) Act; there was no concluded settlement to enforce and it would be inappropriate to make interim Pickwick orders in this context, so the proceeding is dismissed under r5.49(6)(a).
