The court found beyond reasonable doubt that the Partnership Order was clear and binding notwithstanding outstanding appeal rights, that Anneliese had notice and deliberately refused to comply, and that dissolution did not negate the need for cooperation to wind up the partnership; therefore Anneliese was in contempt and must be given a final opportunity to purge before penalty is imposed.
