- High Court
The Court found beyond reasonable doubt that the registered Federal Court injunction was clear and binding, that the respondent had knowledge of it through personal service and her own references to it, and that she knowingly breached it on at least three occasions without reasonable excuse; accordingly the Court was entitled to impose a sanction under s16(4) and imposed a fine of $5,000 payable to the applicants; committal was not ordered given Facebook removal of posts and account deletion.
