The Family Court Judge did not err in refusing transfer: s22(3) requires the High Court to be a more appropriate venue because of complexity; valuation issues, novelty or the monetary value at stake did not make the High Court the more appropriate forum and the Family Court was competent to determine the matters. Appeal dismissed.
