Clause 6.1 of the lease plainly covers costs incidental to enforcement of the landlord's rights; opposing KKDS's leave application was incidental to enforcement of the lease and therefore S&G was entitled to solicitor and client costs under clause 6.1; the claimed quantum was acceptable on the material before the Court and KKDS had ample opportunity to contest it, so the claimed amount was awarded in full.
