On the balance of probabilities the appellant's ongoing incapacity is very substantially caused by the March 2000 workplace accident and there is sufficient medical evidence (Dr Thorn) to warrant continued cover for treatment; insurer's prior denial for lack of causal evidence is displaced and the appeal is allowed.
