The Court granted leave to amend the notice of appeal and allowed Mr Wilson's appeal insofar as it related to convictions for offences against the male complainant, finding that further inquiry was required into the propriety of the joint trial and the trial judge's directions on cross-admissibility of propensity evidence; remaining issues including whether a retrial should be ordered were reserved pending the Crown's memorandum.
