The application for discharge is dismissed because the applicant failed to prove the required prerequisite that a statement of affairs had been filed and failed to demonstrate sufficient cooperation with the Official Assignee; accordingly she is not entitled to automatic or s294 discharge and the court fixes a bar on reapplication until 1 September 2012 under s294(2).
