The vendor's unqualified statements that the property 'was not a leaky home' were representations of present fact, they materially induced and were reasonably relied upon by the plaintiff to enter the contract, and damages are to be awarded as cost of cure adjusted for reasonable betterment; general damages were not warranted on these facts and costs are awarded to the plaintiff on a 2B scale.
