Where a judicial review of a Standards Committee or LCRO decision lacks a contradictor the Court may allow the NZLS to act as counsel assisting by acting as contradictor; the NZLS need not be named as a party or intervener in every such proceeding and when acting in that capacity it is not entitled to costs nor to appeal rights and no repleading is required.
