The Court recalled its 26 April 2010 judgment and corrected it: the additional PricewaterhouseCoopers fee in [34](e)(i) is replaced with $19,282.61 to reflect correct GST treatment; the typographical date is corrected to 27 January 2009; Mr Harper is ordered to pay 75% of the costs of the non-party costs hearing; and the 60% and 75% allocations apply equally to scale costs and relevant disbursements. These corrections are made pursuant to the High Court Rules and the Court will issue a corrected judgment.
