Because the respondent, after obtaining further medical evidence, accepted that the appellant's current problems were due to the 1988 back injury and reinstated cover, the appeal was allowed; the court confined itself to issues within statutory jurisdiction and awarded $75 for the appellant's attendance at the appeal hearing.
