The labels were misleading and in breach of ss 9, 10 and 13(j) because the labels would lead a reasonable consumer to conclude the key ingredient (goats' milk powder) was sourced and processed in New Zealand whereas the principal conversion of goats' milk into powder occurred overseas; blending or tableting in New Zealand was an insufficiently significant transformation to render the products 'New Zealand made'.
