The Court has no power to direct a District Law Society as to the manner in which it conducts its r 6(2) inquiry; the Society had not failed or refused to determine the applicant's entitlement to a certificate; and the Court refused to direct that the applicant's evidence need not include a District Law Society certificate, leaving it to the applicant to request the Society to resume its inquiry.
