Judge found credible contemporaneous and later medical and lay evidence establishing a work-related distal biceps partial tear from the 17 June 2016 accident, that the claimant was an earner at that time and became significantly incapacitated for his usual employment from the date of the accident; continued work thereafter did not preclude incapacity in the circumstances; accordingly the Corporation's decision to decline weekly compensation was set aside.
