The District Court dismissed the appeal because the evidence did not establish that the right knee or neck conditions were caused by the 11 June 2008 accident; contemporaneous records did not support such links, specialist opinions relied on by the appellant lacked credible medical reasoning in light of imaging showing degeneration and lack of acute change, and the Branch Medical Advisor's analysis that the conditions were not shown to be injury-related was accepted; accordingly ACC's decisions refusing cover were correct.
