Section 10(2)(b) excludes from cover damage to teeth caused by the natural use of those teeth; biting a raspberry pip while eating constitutes natural use and thus the injury falls within the statutory exclusion, so the respondent's decline of cover and the review officer's decision were correct and the appeal is dismissed.
