The High Court held Judge Jelas did not materially depart from the earlier sentence indication and her discrete credits for reparation, psychiatric difficulties and guilty plea were within permissible judicial discretion; given a generous four year starting point and a substantial reparation credit the end sentence of two years two months was not manifestly excessive, so the appeal was dismissed.
