Termination ordered because the Court was satisfied it was just and equitable: all unsecured creditors were paid in full, there were no secured or preferential creditors, liquidator's fees had been paid and the liquidator consented, the shareholders (applicants) sought termination for a legitimate commercial purpose (to realise income tax refunds), and there were no public interest factors or persons who would be adversely affected by termination.
