On a without‑notice interim application the court found there was a serious question to be tried about notice and misuse of confidential information, and the balance of convenience favored preserving GIL's wholesale connection because disconnection would likely cause irreparable loss of customers and brand value; accordingly limited interim injunctions were granted subject to conditions (advance payment for customers, payment of $13,501 into independent trust, and filing of statement of claim within five working days).
