Plaintiff's post-judgment conduct in failing to honour the assurance that he would resign the day before the election and instead using his presidential status at the AGM caused additional legal costs and disentitles him to costs in respect of the declaration and second judgment; consequently UCANZ and Mr Guo are awarded costs on a 2B basis for the second judgment and this judgment, while the plaintiff remains entitled to 2B costs against UCANZ for proceedings up to and including the first judgment but excluding the declaration and second judgment.
