The reviewer and medical assessors applied accepted assessment guides and properly apportioned impairment to non-covered and prior factors; the appellant produced no cogent medical evidence to show a flaw; deduction of previous lump sums reduced assessable impairment below statutory thresholds; accordingly the review decision was correct and the appeal fails.
