Section 390(4) authorises the Corporation to revise a deemed acceptance under s66(1); on the evidence the records and expert opinion did not support that the appellant received blood products or was infected during surgical treatment, causation was not established on the balance of probabilities, and therefore the Corporation's decision revoking deemed cover was upheld and the appeals dismissed.
