The Corporation correctly applied the Accident Compensation (Dentist's Costs) Regulations (No. 2) 1990, including the Schedule note permitting a 25% reduction for previously heavily restored teeth; therefore the partial payment made by the Corporation pursuant to the Regulations was lawful and the appeal is dismissed (with adjustment if any tooth is shown not to have been heavily restored).
