The applicant's detention was lawful under an appropriate warrant and habeas corpus is not the correct procedure to challenge remand/bail decisions or to seek discharge or recognition of restorative justice; accordingly the application is dismissed under the principles in s14(2) and s14(1A) of the Habeas Corpus Act 2001.
